To contact you about your enquiry and to help plan care. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated advertising.

Where it is kept

In Samara's secure care management system. Only authorised Samara staff handling enquiries can see it.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed for your enquiry and any care that follows, or as required by law.

Your choices

You may ask us to show, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, at any time by calling or messaging us on the numbers on the Contact page.

Not for emergencies

This website is not monitored for emergencies. In a medical emergency, call 108.
